Recipe — Choco-Maple Dessert Pizza

Ingredients

  • 10 oz pizza or croissant dough, homemade or store-bought
  • 9 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup maple sugar
  • 8 strawberries, halved
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 12 green or red grapes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F), with rack in middle position.
  2. Form a ball with the dough, then roll out with a rolling pin and arrange in a pizza pan or simple cooking sheet.
  3. Spread cream cheese on pizza, sprinkle with maple sugar and bake 20 minutes.
  4. Once pizza is cooked, leave to cool 5 minutes before topping with fruit and serving.
