Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin (or vodka)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
  • A few ice cubes

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
