Ingredients

  • 4 oz sparkling Acer, cold
  • 2 oz peach purée or nectar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
  • 1 peach wedge (to garnish)

Method

  1. Pour the sparkling Acer into a chilled coupe.
  2. Gently add the peach purée or nectar and the maple syrup.
  3. Stir gently with a spoon.
  4. Garnish with the peach wedge.
