- 26 oz of natural yogurt (low fat)
- 3/4 cup maple sugar
- Combine the yogurt (low fat) with maple sugar.
- Transfer the mixture through a sieve (over a bowl) that has been laid with a coffee filter, then refrigerate for 12 hours.
