- 1 1/2 oz brown Acerum
- 1/2 oz Monsieur Cocktail Bonhomme syrup
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
- Lemon zest, to garnish
- Put the first three ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, and shake.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon zest.
