- 2 kale leaves
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Blend all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender to a smooth puree.
- Add ice cubes, if desired, and blend again.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
