- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk or unflavoured soy beverage
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 6 ice cubes
- Make the espresso (or strong coffee) and allow it to cool.
- Place all ingredients in the blender. Whip up and enjoy!
