Recipe — Fruit Punch with Maple Syrup

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup berries
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish


  1. Add cranberry juice and maple syrup to a large pitcher.
  2. Add sparkling water and berries, then mix well.
  3. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with mint leaves.
