Ingredients

  • 8 cucumber slices
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1 oz Ungava gin or similar
  • 5/8 cup tonic water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (preferably for its delicate taste)

Method

  1. Add the maple syrup
  2. Place cucumber slices and ice cubes in a highball glass.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir with a spoon.
