Recipe — Maple Water Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
  • 2 cups pure maple water
  • 1 cup frozen fruit
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes from pure maple water


  1. Soak oatmeal in maple water for 5 minutes. Pour oatmeal and maple water mixture into a blender, add fruit and yogurt, then blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses, add maple water ice cubes and serve immediately.
