Ingredients

  • 1 tsp maple taffy, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp Coureur des Bois Canadian whisky and maple syrup liqueur (or other maple whisky)
  • Sparkling wine, very cold

Method

  1. In a champagne glass, mix the maple taffy and maple whisky with a spoon.
  2. Pour in sparkling wine and serve.
