Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 2 oz Labranche sweet maple wine
  • 1/2 oz red vermouth
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add all ingredients except the cherry.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a coupette or martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

Maple syrup comes in four classifications, according to colour and taste.
