- 1 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek style yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh fruits
- Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour in a bottle or juice box.
- Enjoy nicely chilled.
For this recipe, maple syrup helps soften the bitterness that the fruit mix produces. It’s up to you to judge the amount of syrup to add. Do not go over 3 c. we do not want to sweeten the recipe!
