- 1 oz Labranche sweet maple wine
- 1 oz Gélinotte maple liquor
- 1 tablespoon Aperol
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
- Combine all ingredients in a wine glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice and serve immediately.
