Maple Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Québec amaretto
  • 1/2 oz Québec vodka
  • 1/2 oz NOROI maple liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, lastly the egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously, without ice, for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Open shaker and fill with ice. Close and shake again.
  4. Pour through a fine sieve into a chilled goblet or glass with a large ice cube in it.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
