- 1.5 oz Québec amaretto
- 1/2 oz Québec vodka
- 1/2 oz NOROI maple liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, lastly the egg white.
- Shake vigorously, without ice, for at least 30 seconds.
- Open shaker and fill with ice. Close and shake again.
- Pour through a fine sieve into a chilled goblet or glass with a large ice cube in it.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
