- Peels from 6 clementines
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cups Maple Whisky Liqueur Coureur des Bois
- 1 cup maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
- 1 cup vodka
- Pour all the ingredients into a jar. Close jar and let mixture macerate in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
- Filter the liquor into a carafe. Keep at room temperature.
Resting time: 2 weeks
Makes 1 L (4 cups)
Serve at room temperature or on ice.
