Maple Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz espresso
  • 1 1/2 oz white or amber Acerum
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
  • A few coffee beans (to garnish)

Method

  1. Make the espresso.
  2. Put ice cubes into your shaker and pour in the first four ingredients. Shake.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  4. Garnish with the coffee beans.
