Maple Green Smoothies


Recipe — Maple Green Smoothies

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (preferably golden syrup for its delicate flavour)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogourt
  • 1 cup plain apple juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  1. Put all ingredients into the bowl of an electric mixer and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve in large glasses.
