Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Chambord
  • 1/4 oz maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
  • 4 oz Segura

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake, pour into a glass and garnish with a brandied cherry or maple flakes.
