Ingredients

  • 2 oz amber Acerum
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • drops Angostura bitters
  • maraschino cherry (to garnish)

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes, then add the first three ingredients.
  2. Stir with a spoon until the glass feels freezing to your fingers.
  3. Strain through a filter into a glass with one large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
