- Ice cubes
- 2 oz Labranche sweet maple wine
- 1/2 oz red vermouth
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add all ingredients except the cherry.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a coupette or martini glass.
- Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
