- 4 lime wedges
- 2 oz white cachaça*
- 0.5 oz maple syrup (preferably golden, for its delicate flavour)
- Maple candy, to garnish
- Muddle the lime wedges in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add ice cubes and mix in the ingredients (except the maple candy) with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a maple candy.
*If using an aged cachaça, go with amber maple syrup for its rich flavour.
