Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. In a saucepan, reduce by half the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Use to liven up foie gras, pork or game dishes.
