- 3 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
- 3/4 cup pure pineapple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Mix all ingredients in a jug.
- Serve cool.
