- 1/2 cup ricotta (5%)
- 10 fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 teaspoons maple sugar
- 1 thick slice of artisan bread or 2 slices of whole-grain bread
Method
- Use a stick blender to purée the cheese, raspberries, and maple sugar.
- Toast the bread, spread it with the mixture, and enjoy!
