Ingredients

  • Pinch of maple sugar
  • 1 oz Labranche maple wine
  • Sparkling wine, as needed (to taste)
  • Strawberry pieces for garnish

Method

  1. Add maple sugar to a champagne flute.
  2. Add maple wine and top with sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with strawberries and serve immediately.

Maple syrup comes in four classifications, according to colour and taste.
