- Pinch of maple sugar
- 1 oz Labranche maple wine
- Sparkling wine, as needed (to taste)
- Strawberry pieces for garnish
- Add maple sugar to a champagne flute.
- Add maple wine and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with strawberries and serve immediately.
