Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, peanut oil, apple juice, minced ginger and minced garlic clove.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
