- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, peanut oil, apple juice, minced ginger and minced garlic clove.
- Season with salt and pepper.
