Recipe — Maple-Ginger Hot Milk

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 oz ginger
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons maple syrup (Amber)

Method

  1. Boil the milk, turn off the heat, and add the juice of grated ginger and maple syrup (or pour milk into a mug, microwave, and add the ginger juice and maple syrup once the milk is hot).
