Recipe — Maple Syrup Whip Cream Delight

  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour) or maple sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In a chilled round-bottomed mixing bowl, whip 35% cream, maple syrup or maple sugar and vanilla extract until you obtain a thick consistency.
