- 1 cup 35% cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour) or maple sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a chilled round-bottomed mixing bowl, whip 35% cream, maple syrup or maple sugar and vanilla extract until you obtain a thick consistency.
