  1. Spread whole-wheat (or other) tortillas across a wide surface, and on each place a lettuce leaf, a few strips of grilled chicken, grated cheese, avocado, dill, julienned carrots and top generously with our maple-flavoured cucumber and peach relish.
  2. Roll up and refrigerate before serving.
