Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 10 oz yogurt
  • 4-6 tablespoons maple syrup (Golden)

Method

  1. Peel the apple and cut into 4-8 pieces.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until the apples are pureed. Pour into a glass.
