- 1 cup maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
- 1 cup 35% cream
- 7 oz 80% cocoa dark chocolate, in pieces
- In saucepan, heat maple syrup with cream for one minute over medium heat, then add the dark chocolate.
- Remove from heat and stir to melt the chocolate.
