Recipe — Maple ant Nutmeg Frozen Yogurt

  • 2 cups of plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg


  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place in freezer until yogurt is frozen, stirring vigorously during the freezing process.

* Fatty yogurts will produce a richer result. Adjust maple syrup and nutmeg to taste.
