Maple and Cinnamon Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup 35% cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- In a small pan, combine all the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes to obtain a rich sauce. Serve hot or cold.
