Recipe — Muesli with Berries and Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple purée
  • 2 cups of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • 2 cups of granola cereal

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the natural yogurt, maple syrup and apple purée.
  2. Divide the berries into 4 bowls.
  3. Divide the yogurt mixture into the bowls and spread on top of the fruit; garnish with.
  4. Serve immediately.
