Recipe — White Tea with Maple

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup + extra for frosting (preferably golden syrup for its delicate flavour)
  • Maple flakes, lightly crushed
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup brewed white tea, chilled
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons lychee juice

Method

  1. Frost a tall glass by rubbing rim with a little maple syrup, then immediately dipping it in a saucer containing the maple flakes.
  2. Fill glass with ice and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix and serve.
