  • 1 coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (preferably golden syrup for its delicate flavour)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup choice of fresh or frozen fruits


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Pour in ice lolly moulds and freeze for 3 hours.
