Featuring Maple Syrup
- 1 coconut milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (preferably golden syrup for its delicate flavour)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup choice of fresh or frozen fruits
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Pour in ice lolly moulds and freeze for 3 hours.
Freezing Time : 3 hours
